Scientists in the US have grown a human brain the size of a pea. The brain is unconscious and cannot think but the scientists say it can help with medical research and can be used to test drugs for illnesses. I think the Hong Kong government should ask the US scientists to grow many more pea-sized brains to sell to our government. Our government is in dire need of new brains. There are too many pea-brains in the government. These pea-brains need to replace their brains with new brains. Even though the brain that US scientists have grown is unconscious and cannot think, I am sure it is still superior to the brains of some of our government officials because they do not know how to think also.
When a brain is unconscious, it means it is not awake and aware of what's going on. The word "pea-sized" means the size of a pea. The slang word "pea-brain" means a very stupid person. When you are in dire need of something, it means you are in urgent need of something. The word "superior" has several meanings but used this way it means a higher standard or quality. The government should buy as many as possible of the superior brains grown by US scientists. The first one should be given to Sit Kwok-keung. He is the pea-brain who asked the Town Planning Board to stop the tram service from Central to Admiralty to improve traffic flow.
Although Sit Kwok-keung is no longer with the government, he was a senior official with the Planning Department for many years. If such a pea-brain can be a government official, there must be many other stupid people in the government. I am sure there are many pea-brains in the Transport Department. That's why transport officials are so afraid of taxi drivers and the speculators who have pushed up the price of a taxi licence to $7 million. Even though the new pea-sized brains cannot think, our government officials will be smarter with new brains because their own brains are also pea-sized and cannot think.

美國科學家已經培育出一個豌豆大的人腦。那個人腦是無意識的（unconscious），也不能思考，但科學家說它可以幫助醫學研究，以及用以測試藥物。我認為香港政府應請求美國科學家去培育更多豌豆大（pea-sized）的人腦，去賣給我們的政府。我們的政府實在急切（dire）需要新腦袋。政府裏已經有太多傻頭傻腦的人（pea-brains），這些傻瓜（pea-brains）需要為自己的腦袋換上新腦。即使美國科學家所培育的腦是無意識（unconscious）又不能思考的，我確信它仍是比我們有些政府官員的腦袋要優秀（superior），因為他們也不曉得怎樣去思考。
當一個腦袋是unconscious，即是說它是無意識的。Pea-sized 即是豌豆大的。俚語pea-brain解作傻頭傻腦的人。若你是 in dire need of something，即是說你急需用某物。 Superior 有多重意思，這裏是解作上等的或更優秀的。美國科學家培植的高級（superior）腦袋，政府應買入愈多愈好。第一個腦袋應該獻給薛國強。他就是那個叫城市規劃委員會取消中環至金鐘的電車服務、以改善交通的傻瓜（pea-brain）。
雖然薛國強已不是政府裏的人，但他曾在規劃署任職高級官員多年。若這樣一個傻頭傻腦（pea-brain）的人也可以是政府官員，那政府裏一定還有許多笨蛋。我敢肯定，運輸署裏頭就有許多傻瓜（pea-brains）。因此運輸署的官員那麼害怕的士司機和將的士牌照炒賣至七百萬元的投機者。即使那些豌豆大（pea-sized）的新腦不能思考，我們的政府官員用新腦還是會醒目得多，因為他們自己的腦袋也只是豌豆般大（pea-sized），同樣不能好好思考。
